SuperHost Customer Service Training

SuperHost offers quality, affordable customer service training courses for front-line employees. First launched in 1985, SuperHost is recognized as the standard for customer service excellence in BC.

The Course

Foundations of Service Quality is a 6-hour course that introduces the principles of providing a quality service experience in the workplace, and provides an understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service. You will learn about workplace communication, problem solving, customer and employer expectations, and more. Students leave with ideas and skills that they can apply to their job right away.
