Geetalika recently immigrated to Canada and settled in Armstrong, BC. Despite her outstanding professional background as an Advisory Consultant working with KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte and leading clients in India, Africa and South East Asia, she had a tough time landing a job in Canada. Fortunately, Geetalika was referred to one of the NexusBC employment programs – Training for Jobs, where she got help with resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing skills and proactive job search techniques. In less than two weeks Geetalika landed an awesome full-time job in a field she is passionate about and feels happy. We are so proud of you, Geetalika!
