GLUU Society

The Canadian nonprofit on a mission to help older adults use technology to stay happy, healthy & connected.
We make digital skills stick.
Digital skills have never been more critical, especially for seniors. But technology is only useful if you know how to use it. That’s where we come in.

We offer free digital skills training for all Canadian seniors.

Since 2015, we have helped over 16,000 seniors learn to love their technology. Whether it’s mobile devices, computers, wearable's, smart home tech, or health technology – we’re the glue that brings it all together.

We are looking for volunteers!

NexusBC relies heavily on the participation of volunteers.  Positions include driving seniors to appointments or for grocery shopping. Volunteers will receive reimbursement for fuel.  If you have a green thumb or have a knack for fixing things, volunteers are also needed to do yard work and minor home repair. We also have positions available for friendly visitors who would enjoy spending an hour or two a week with a senior.  If you can help with this program, please fill out a Volunteer Application Form (pdf) and phone 250.545.0585 to speak with a Program Coordinator.
