Step into YOUR best life with the help of a vision board.
Join us for a fun, creative, powerful and inspirational workshop on setting intentions and goals.
Using a variety of tools such as magazines and quotes, and a short video introduction, you will build a pictorial representation of your vision – and a powerful way to make your dreams more tangible and attainable. That’s because the very act of creating the vision board tells your mind what’s important. You’re teaching your mind what you want to focus on in your life. Where focus goes, energy flows.

This workshop is delivered as part of the START Program. To attend, you must be age 17-29, unemployed or have unstable employment. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and living in the Thompson-Okanagan Region of BC.
