Endpath Care

Endpath Care provides dedicated non-medical palliative and end of life care support that focuses on personalizing your care path and bringing you peace of mind when you or a loved one are faced with a serious illness.  Services include practical support, care coordination, companioning, grief and MAiD support, serious illness and end of life planning, advocacy, communications, life reflection, and legacy projects.  Rates are $25-$40 per hour.
