Lake Country Health

Free caregiver support services such as a peer support group (every second Tuesday at 1:00pm at the People Place) and Silver Sitter Friendly Visitors – trained volunteers who give caregivers a break. We also provide free counselling with professional counsellors, a weekly online low impact exercise class, and workshops and presentations. The program began in Lake Country, but now serves people in Vernon as well.
