Volunteer

Many of the services we provide for seniors are dependent on the hard work of dedicated volunteers. Volunteer positions include:

• Driving seniors to appointments or taking them grocery shopping. Volunteers receive a reimbursement for fuel.
• Assisting clients with online applications (eg, government pensions, BC housing, etc.).
• Doing intakes or completing income tax returns for low income seniors.
• Helping seniors with minor home repair or light yard work such as raking or weeding.
• Friendly visits to seniors experiencing loneliness.
