Presented by the North Okanagan Hospice Society.

It’s never too early to start thinking about your health and personal care. If you couldn’t speak for yourself – even temporarily – who would make those decisions for you? Would they truly understand what matters most to you?

Advance care planning gives you the time to reflect on your values, wishes, and priorities – and to share them with the people you trust. Starting these conversations now can ease stress for your loved ones and help healthcare teams provide care that aligns with your choices.

This workshop is for everyone – young or old, healthy or living with health challenges – and will guide you through how to document your preferences and ensure your voice is heard.

Presented by the North Okanagan Hospice Society in recognition of Advance Care Planning Day on April 16th, a national day dedicated to understanding the importance of planning for your health and personal care.

Seating is limited. Please register today.
