This Mother’s Day, many of us will celebrate the women who cared for us: the ones who made sure we were fed, supported, and never alone when we needed help.

But in our community, many seniors, mothers and grandmothers, are now facing those same challenges on their own. They are choosing between groceries and rent, skipping fresh food, and missing appointments because there is no ride. Struggling quietly, after a lifetime of caring for others.

At NexusBC, we support seniors every day with food programs, transportation to medical appointments, help with taxes and benefits, and a place to turn for guidance and connection.

This Mother’s Day, you can honour someone who cared for you by caring for a senior who needs it now.

Your donation helps ensure local seniors have access to food, support, and connection, and the dignity they deserve.

Because care shouldn’t end with age.

Representation Agreements (RAs) can cover your health care, personal care, finances, and legal matters – but what’s right for you?

Nidus Personal Planning Resource Centre is a trusted non-profit that provides clear, expert information and resources on BC legislation and Representation Agreements.

Please note: Nidus does not give legal advice.
