NexusBC: Age Well at Home Program

Age Well At Home provides services for lower-income individuals age 55+ to continue to live independently at home for as long as possible. This program offers rides to appointments, rides to grocery shopping, light housekeeping, minor home maintenance, light yard work and friendly in-home visits. Participants must be age 55 or older and require assistance to remain living independently at home in Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong or Lumby.
