Age Well At Home

We are gearing up to launch a new program called Age Well At Home that helps low-income seniors stay independent in their own homes. Services will include light housekeeping, rides to appointments and for errands, and friendly visiting in the home.

To receive services through this program, you must be considered low-income and reside independently in Vernon, Coldstream, Lavington, Lumby, Cherryville or Armstrong. If you are interested in any of these services, please fill out the form below and we will contact you when we are ready to launch.

More details will be added to this page as we get closer to delivering services. Feel free to check back or phone us at 250.545.0585. Thank you.
