Age Well At Home

Age Well At Home that helps low-income adults and seniors age 55+ stay independent in their own home. Services include light housekeeping, rides to medical-related appointments, rides and assistance with grocery shopping, and friendly visiting.
To receive services through this program, participants must:
- be age 55 or older and requiring assistance to remain living independently at home in Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong, or Lumby, and
- have a maximum annual income of $30,000 for a single person, or $45,000 for a couple, combined.
